These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Full House Nepal mobile application (“the App”), owned and operated by Doli Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:

You may use the App as a Guest, but full features require creating a registered user account.

Submit correct personal details, including full name, country, district (if Nepal), and a profile picture.

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to use the App only for lawful and fair purposes. You must not:

Create multiple accounts for unfair advantage.

Manipulate app outcomes, results, or reward systems.

Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App’s systems or security.

Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Guest users may explore the App but will not have access to the following:

5. Prize Distribution, Verification, and Claim Rules
Full House Nepal may offer gift hampers, discount coupons, loyalty points, and other non-cash rewards (“Prizes”). By participating, you agree to the following:

5.3 Verification Requirements
To ensure fairness, the following conditions apply before prize distribution:

We will verify that the phone number belongs to the user claiming the prize.

We may reject prize claims if any discrepancy, fraudulent activity, or mismatched data is found.
Failure to provide correct documentation or verification will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prizes cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or claimed by another individual.

Only the account holder with matching identity proof can claim the prize.
5.5 Final Decision Clause
In cases of disputes, technical issues, discrepancies, or confusion regarding prize distribution:
The decision made by Doli Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. will be final, binding, and non-negotiable.
No appeals, disputes, or reconsideration requests will be entertained once a final decision is made by the company.
